Prize Draw Rules

1. No purchase necessary.
2. Winner must be 18 years of age or older. Prize draw open to all Ontario residents excluding owners, employees and immediate families of Manulife Financial, Manulife Centre and their affiliated companies and agencies.
3. Prize consists of a $500 shopping spree at Manulife Centre. Total retail value: $500.00.
4. Prize must be accepted as awarded: no refunds, substitutions, transfers or cash equivalent payments allowed. Some restrictions apply.
5. Winner must meet all contest requirements and must abide by its rules and regulations. Winner must correctly answer a skill-testing question. Winner will be notified by September 5th. Judge’s decision is final.
6. Manulife Financial reserves the right to publish the name and/or photograph of the winner.
7. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
8. Random draw closes August 31, 2008.
